1四 主带祂的羊回到佳美、肥美的草场，草场表征基督作我们生命的供应；并且祂使羊得以躺卧，指明祂使他们里面得安息—结三四14~15，诗二三2，约十9，太十一28~30。
1D The Lord brings His sheep back to the good and rich pasture, signifying Christ as our life supply, and causes them to lie down, indicating that He gives them inward rest—Ezek. 34:14-15; Psa. 23:2; John 10:9; Matt. 11:28-30.
2五 主缠裹受伤的，加强软弱的；借着祂的顾惜和喂养，祂使每一只软弱的羊成为战阵上的骏马—结三四16上，亚十3，十一7。
2E The Lord binds up the broken one and strengthens the sick one; through His cherishing and nourishing, He causes every weak sheep to become a horse of majesty in battle—Ezek. 34:16a; Zech. 10:3; 11:7.
3六 主施行公义的判断，洁除神所恢复的百姓中间一切不义的东西；这位滋养我们、供应我们的，使我们对与别人的关系，有准确的感觉；当我们有这样的感觉，我们就审判自己，结果我们与圣徒就有真正的一，而成为一群—结三四17~22，西三15。
3F The Lord exercises righteous judgments to clear away all the unjust things among God's recovered people; the One who nourishes us and supplies us causes us to have an accurate sense concerning our relationship with others; when we have such a sense, we judge ourselves, and as a result, we have a genuine oneness with the saints as one flock—Ezek. 34:17-22; Col. 3:15.
4七 基督是真大卫，被立为牧人，要喂养我们，使我们得饱足并满足；祂照料我们，包括顾到我们一切的难处，担负我们一切的责任，照料我们生活的每一方面；主作牧人照料我们，结果使我们顺从祂为我们的王，服在祂的君王职分之下—结三四23，诗二三，启七17，二二1~2上。
4G Christ as the real David is set up as the Shepherd to feed us and cause us to be filled and satisfied; He takes care of us, including all our problems and responsibilities and every aspect of our living; the issue of the Lord's caring for us as our Shepherd is that we obey Him as our King and come under His kingship—Ezek. 34:23; Psa. 23; Rev. 7:17; 22:1-2a.

Morning Nourishment
5结三四14~15 我必在美好的草场牧养他们，他们的住处必在以色列高处的山上；他们必在佳美的住处躺卧，也在以色列山肥美的草场吃草。主耶和华说，我必亲自牧养我的羊群，使他们得以躺卧。
5Ezek. 34:14-15 I will feed them with good pasture, and their dwelling place will be upon the mountains of the heights of Israel; there they will lie down in a good dwelling place, and on rich pasture they will feed upon the mountains of Israel. I Myself will shepherd My flock, and I will cause them to lie down, declares the Lord Jehovah.
6溪水表征赐生命的灵，草场表征基督〔结三四13~14〕。我们在溪水边有丰富的基督作我们的草场。溪水是给我们喝的，草场是给我们吃的。在地方召会的聚会中，我们的确感觉，我们是在溪水边，也是在草场上；我们是在喝，也在吃。赞美主，我们是在我们的牧人照顾之下，饮于溪水边，并在草场上得喂养！
6Whereas the streams signify the life-giving Spirit, the pasture signifies Christ [Ezek. 34:13-14]. By the streams we have the rich Christ as our pasture. The streams are for our drinking, and the pasture is for our eating. In the meetings of the local churches, we do have the sense that we are by the streams and in the pasture, that we are drinking and eating. Praise the Lord that we are under the care of our Shepherd, drinking by the streams and feeding in the pasture!
7〔在以西结三十四章十五节，〕躺卧的意思是不作工、挣扎或奋力。……在雅歌一章七节，寻求者问主在何处牧放祂的羊群，晌午在何处使羊群歇卧。每当主喂养我们，牧养我们，给我们喝时，祂也给我们安息。我们在召会聚会中，常感觉我们是在躺卧着安息。在外面我们是坐着，但里面我们是躺卧着（以西结书生命读经，二二一至二二二页）。
7In verse 15…to lie down means not to work, struggle, and strive…In Song of Songs 1:7 the seeker asked the Lord where He pastured His flock, where He made His flock lie down at noon. Whenever the Lord feeds us, shepherds us, and gives us something to drink, He also gives us rest. In the church meetings we often have the sense that we are lying down to rest. Outwardly, we are sitting, but inwardly, we are lying down to rest. (Life-study of Ezekiel, pp. 178-179)

8主这位牧人，必缠裹受伤的，加强软弱的，医治有病的〔结三四16上〕。我们多么需要主的缠裹和医治！在召会聚会中，我们常感觉是在主柔细的缠裹之下，我们受伤、破裂之处被祂缠裹。有的时候，我们感觉我们在经历祂的加强，祂的医治。
8As the Shepherd, the Lord will bind up the broken one and heal the sick one [Ezek. 34:16a]. How we need the Lord’s binding and healing! Frequently in the church meetings we have the sense that we are under the tender binding of the Lord and that the wounds and the broken places are being bound up by Him. At other times we may sense that we are experiencing His strengthening, His healing.
9唯有在祂给了我们生命供应，缠裹我们受伤之处，并医治我们之后，在我们中间一切不义的东西才会完全被洁除。……然而，我们若缺了主的供应、缠裹和医治，我们就只会定罪别人，指摘别人，埋怨别人。我们彼此定罪并指摘，无法彼此和谐一致。但是当主借生命恢复我们时，我们就有真正的复兴，有对基督的享受，而使我们满足、安息、平安，并且经历主的缠裹和医治。这位滋养我们、供应我们的，使我们对与弟兄姊妹的关系，有准确的感觉。当我们有这样的感觉，我们就自己审判自己，结果我们与圣徒就有真正的一，成为一群。
9Only after He gives us the life supply, binds up our wounds, and heals us can all the unjust things among us be cleared away. However, if we lack the Lord’s supply, binding, and healing, we will condemn others, blame others, and complain about others. If we condemn and blame one another, we cannot be in harmony with one another. But as the Lord recovers us by life, we have genuine revival, we have the enjoyment of Christ, which causes us to be satisfied, restful, and peaceful, and we experience the Lord’s binding and healing. The One who nourishes us and supplies us causes us to have an accurate sense concerning our relationships with the brothers and sisters. When we have such a sense, we judge ourselves, and as a result, we have a genuine oneness with the saints as the one flock.
10以西结三十四章二十三节说，“我必立一牧人照管他们，牧养他们，就是我的仆人大卫；祂必牧养他们，作他们的牧人。”大卫预表基督。基督是真大卫，真牧人，要喂养我们，使我们得饱足并满足。……基督作我们的牧人照管我们，包括顾到我们一切的难处，担负我们一切的责任。祂不仅在属灵的事上照管我们，也在一切与人生需要有关的事上照管我们。这意思是说，按照诗篇二十三篇，祂在我们生活的每一面都照管我们。
10Verse 23 goes on to say, “And I will set up over them one Shepherd, My Servant David, and He will feed them; He will feed them, and He will be their Shepherd.” David typifies Christ. Christ is the real David, the real Shepherd, feeding us and causing us to be filled and satisfied. As our Shepherd, Christ takes care of us, including all our problems and responsibilities. He takes care of us not only in spiritual things but in all things related to our human needs. This means that, according to Psalm 23, He takes care of us in every aspect of our living.
11主耶稣既是我们的牧人照管我们，我们就不该挂虑我们的难处或我们的生活。我们该学习信靠祂。在一天的末了，能向主我们的牧人祷告，是多么的好。我们不必长篇大论、形式宗教的祷告。只要简单地说，“主耶稣，感谢你，我在你的照管之下。现在我要睡了，求你来照管我。”这样简单的祷告就够了。你在早晨醒来时，可以说，“主，我感谢你，我仍然在你的照管之下。”你不必宗教式地求主保护你，为你作许多事。
11Since the Lord Jesus is our Shepherd taking care of us, we should not worry about our problems or about our living. Instead, we need to learn to put our trust in Him. At the end of the day, it is very good to pray to the Lord as our Shepherd. There is no need to pray at length in a formal, religious way. Simply say, “Lord Jesus, I thank You that I am under Your care. Now I am going to sleep, and I ask You to come and take care of me.” Such a simple prayer is good enough. When you wake up in the morning, you say, “Lord, I thank You that I am still under Your care.” There is no need to be religious, asking the Lord to protect you and do many other things for you.
12祂照管我们，喂养我们，我们实在有诗篇二十三篇的经历：“耶和华是我的牧者；我必不至缺乏。”愿我们都经历基督作我们的牧人（以西结书生命读经，二二二至二二五页）。
12As He cares for us, He feeds us, and we have the real experience of Psalm 23: The Lord is our Shepherd, and we lack nothing. May we all learn to experience Christ as our Shepherd. (Life-study of Ezekiel, pp. 179-181)
