1肆 我们是基督徒，基督人，与基督是一，因着与基督生机的联结，有祂作我们全备供应的内容，好在日常生活中活祂，使祂得以显大—徒十一26，二六28，彼前四16，林前六17，林后四7，腓一19~21上：
1Ⅴ We are Christians, Christ-men, those who are one with Christ, having Christ as our bountifully supplying contents in an organic union with Him to live Him for His magnification in our daily life—Acts 11:26; 26:28; 1 Pet. 4:16; 1 Cor. 6:17; 2 Cor. 4:7; Phil. 1:19-21a:
2一 作基督徒的目标，以及神在祂的经纶里为我们所定的定命，乃是要我们凭那灵生活行动，好活基督，使神得着荣耀，就是得着彰显—加二20，五16、25，六17，赛四三7，林前六20，十31。
2A The goal of being a Christian and the destiny that God has ordained for us in His economy is for us to walk by the Spirit in order to live Christ for God's glory, His expression—Gal. 2:20; 5:16, 25; 6:17; Isa. 43:7; 1 Cor. 6:20; 10:31.
3二 每一个基督徒在地上，都有主在他身上所定的特别路程，作基督尽功用的肢体，为着祂身体的建造；这路程需要每一个基督徒自己走，没有人能取代他，他也不能取代任何人—徒十三22、25、36，二十24，林前九24，十二14~22，提后四7~8。
3B Every Christian on this earth has a special journey that the Lord has assigned to him as a functioning member of Christ for the building up of His Body; he has to take the journey himself; no one else can replace him, nor can he replace anyone else—Acts 13:22, 25, 36; 20:24; 1 Cor. 9:24; 12:14-22; 2 Tim. 4:7-8.

4加二20 我已经与基督同钉十字架；现在活着的，不再是我，乃是基督在我里面活着；并且我如今在肉身里所活的生命，是我在神儿子的信里，与祂联结所活的，祂是爱我，为我舍了自己。
4Gal. 2:20 I am crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
5在新约里，信徒也称为基督徒〔徒十一26，二六28〕。……在行传十一章二十六节，“基督徒”是羞辱的名称。在安提阿的门徒给人加上这样羞辱的绰号，指明他们必定为主作了刚强的见证，使他们在不信的人眼中显得不同且特别（新约总论第五册，九九页）。
5In the New Testament the believers are also designated as Christians [Acts 11:26; 26:28]…In 11:26 Christian is a term of reproach. That the disciples in Antioch were given such a nickname as a term of reproach indicates that they must have borne a strong testimony for the Lord, a testimony that made them distinct and peculiar in the eyes of the unbelievers. 6“基督徒”这名称也用在彼前四章十六节，这节指明他们是基督的依附者，受祂所受的辱骂。这节的上下文与有分于基督的苦难有关〔14上〕。……在基督的名里，实际上就是在基督的人位里，在基督自己里，因为名指人位。信徒既已信入基督（约三15），浸入祂的名里（徒十九5），就是浸入祂自己（加三27），他们就是在基督里（林前一30），并且与祂是一（六17）。当他们在祂的名里受辱骂，他们就与祂同受辱骂，有分于祂的苦难。彼得说到在基督的名里受辱骂以后，在彼前四章十六节继续说，信徒“若因是基督徒受苦，却不要羞耻，倒要因着这名荣耀神”。
6The designation Christian is used again in 1 Peter 4:16, where it denotes those who are adherents of Christ, bearing His reproach. The context of this verse concerns sharing the sufferings of Christ [v. 14a]…”In the name of Christ” is actually in the person of Christ, in Christ Himself, because the name denotes the person. The believers, having believed into Christ (John 3:15) and having been baptized into His name (Acts 19:5), that is, into Himself (Gal. 3:27), are in Christ (1 Cor. 1:30) and one with Him (6:17). When they are reproached in His name, they are reproached with Him, sharing His sufferings. After speaking of being reproached in the name of Christ, Peter goes on to say in 1 Peter 4:16 that if a believer suffers “as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this name.”

8圣经里的中心思想是：基督必须是我们的生命，我们必须活祂作我们的生活。作基督徒的目标是活基督。不仅如此，神在祂的经纶里为我们所定的定命，乃是我们活基督。神的经纶是要将祂自己分赐到我们里面，将自己作到我们里面，使我们接受基督作我们的生命和生命的供应以活祂。神的愿望是要我们活基督。……基督要作我们的生命、我们日常的行事为人和我们的一切。
8The central thought in the Bible is that Christ must be our life and that we must live Him as our living. The goal of being a Christian is to live Christ. Furthermore, the destiny God has ordained for us in His economy is that we live Christ. God’s economy is to dispense Himself into us and to work Himself into us that we may take Christ as our life and life supply in order to live Him. God’s desire is that we live Christ…Christ is to be our life, our daily walk, our everything.
9在加拉太二章二十节保罗宣告：“基督在我里面活着。”保罗不仅能说基督在他里面活着，也能说在他，活着就是基督〔腓一21〕。一面，基督活在保罗里面；另一面，保罗活基督。在里面，基督是保罗的生命；在外面，基督是保罗的生活。保罗与基督因此同有一个生命，同过一个生活。基督的生命就是保罗的生命，保罗的生活就是基督的生活。基督与保罗，两个活着如同一个。……我们与基督之间所发生的生机联结，使我们与祂如此亲近、亲密，甚至与祂成为一灵〔林前六17〕（新约总论第五册，一○○至一○四页）。
9In Galatians 2:20 Paul declared, “Christ…lives in me.” Paul could say not only that Christ lived in him, but also that to him to live was Christ [Phil. 1:21]. On the one hand, Christ lived in Paul; on the other hand, Paul lived Christ. Inwardly Christ was Paul’s life, and outwardly Christ was Paul’s living. Paul and Christ thus had one life and one living. Christ’s life was Paul’s life, and Paul’s living was Christ’s living. The two, Christ and Paul, lived as one…The organic union that has taken place between us and Christ causes us to be so close and intimate with Him that we are even one spirit with Him [1 Cor. 6:17].
